Under no circumstances shall Sk Devs be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if SK devs or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. However, you can always check the products on our demo server before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.
We not makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.
3. Products Installation
SK Devs will not be responsible for downtime if your website due to installation and upgradation of our products. You can take backup before install and upgrade.
4. Product Updates
Each individual product purchased from SK Devs includes free updates. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but SK Devs does it’s best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of SocialEngine.
5. Account Termination and Suspension
SK Devs reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
- Contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
- We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your client area account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account.
Sk Devs does not handle payments for these products directly, but rather refers these payments to a secure third-party payment (PayPal) processor which handles all aspects of the payment process. Any payment issues or disputes should be resolved directly with the payment processor. Once we have been notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, and that the payment has successfully passed a fraud review, access will be granted to the product or service being purchased as soon as possible, however we make no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy.
